Discussed SRM’s expansion plans with Teddy. Also discussed his current network challenges – he expressed displeasure with Windstream after the acquisition last year and not getting the support he needed after an account team change. Sites are down and Windstream is not self monitoring, leading his team to discover outages and report to Windstream. He said velo cloud SDWAN has been working OK.He is planning to include his Security lead at the EBC in a few months. I asked if he was familiar with our security portfolio, and he said he wasn’t . He is currently using SASE and ZTNA with a company I wasn’t familiar with. Also touched on EDR/MDR where he using Sentinel one. He is also using a managed SOC provider for monitoring.I’d like to be included in the EBC if possible
