We have been told it is going to take 60-90 days to get a renewal order produced. Customer is feeling pressure from their PE firm that they are paying way too much for our services and the partner (CXT180) is trying to get them renewed and the customer wants to renew but unless we can show them some savings quickly (they are requesting in the next couple weeks) they might be forced to put the network out to bid which would be a risk to us as the PE firm will try and position one of their companies as a replacement.
