Great personal conversation. Has 3 daughters, one heading to college next year who is a golfer, other 2 play travel soccer. Left Sally Beauty to join SRS 18 months ago post acquisition. Expects it’ll be another 18 months before they are integrated into Home Depot but operates somewhat autonomous for now. Lives in Dallas area less than 10 mins from the office.
