We had installation challenges with Truist Insurance Holdings (TIH now named CRC Group). Portions of the install team at Truist named (ITDC) were involved directly with the TIH/CRC project. They are not a fan of Comcast Business and as a result, we lost an RFP in August 2024 (not even down selected) and are working to get back in to Truist as a partner/vendor. Back in Oct. of 2022 we had an EBC with 9 SLT Truist Teammates. Many of the Truist SLT Members that we worked with are no longer there. The ask from CB Leadership: Forge relationship with Eric Larkins who manages all of the applications that touch the network at Truist. Give Eric a sense of our capabilities, ability to handle projects, and introduce Eric to other CB/CBG customers who are leveraging Comcast as a true partner. Explore areas of possibilities with Eric around our Ecosystem and gain his commitment to rally the Truist SLT for an EBC in Philly or Orlando with our team in Q2 2026, please.
