Working to build new relationship and we have a $420K renewal to win in December. Denny’s went from being a public company to being bought out by private equity group in January. Enad is the new CTO with combined experience as an investor, franchisee, and now corporate technology leader.

Interesting guy – owns 75 Denny’s plus JITB – owns an IT consulting firm – acting as CIO for Denny’s corporate as part of private takeover which I believe he is a partner in. Potential threat from his IT company (that currently does POS for 4K plus restaurants plus other stuff). Talked about his remodelled Denny’s in Arizona. Also commented how TRH restaurants are full while his are empty. So opportunity ant threat – probably worth some onsite attention.
