Kareem is a big fan of CB and apparently has had a lot of experience with us. We discussed some of the challenges they had at their Palm Beach property previously and current challenges at a new property they are working to open Aspen. I offered to help with the Aspen property if needed and Kareem said he would let me know. He also mentioned additional growth plans in the future.
