International: We need an International PSA/Amendment created by Legal so that we can add it to the Amazon MSA. CB’s past stance was that Amazon needs to negotiate a new MSA with CB Global, however Amazon is looking to reduce the number of MSAs/vendors that they manage, not add a new one. They have no interest in negotiating a CBG MSA, however they do want to do business with CB internationally.

Michelle spoke with me about a “Canary project” where they want to install test Kuiper terminals around the world to monitor performance as a fully managed solution , and after telling her about CBG capabilities to do stuff internationally she wants to talk. I spoke with Amit about it briefly – but we need a follow up call with her.
